The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding. The facilities were top-notch, including the well-equipped gym. The hotel's location was ideal, with proximity to the mall and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the Baiyun Shan scenic area and an excellent executive lounge.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and professionalism of the staff. They were courteous and friendly, and I had no issues communicating with them in English. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to a shopping mall and situated between two subway stations, Feixiang Park and Baiyun Park. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and easily access other areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the nearby mountain. The hotel facilities, including the well-equipped fitness center, added to the overall positive experience. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast, with a wide selection of options to choose from. The staff at the restaurant were always friendly and attentive, making sure I had a pleasant dining experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The gym was great, allowing us to stay active during our trip. The breakfast service at level 1 was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options for everyone. The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff at the hotel was very smiley and helpful. The general manager was energetic and concerned with the guests' satisfaction. Sertaç, the kitchen chief, was kind and went out of his way to assist us.
